The Indian restaurant NAMO aims to provide a unique gastronomic experience that celebrates the diversity and richness of Indian culinary traditions.
Restaurateur Mahavir Kanswal has over 24 years of experience and brings his passion and expertise to every dish.
He has worked for prestigious hotel chains such as Orchid Hotel Mumbai, Grand Hyatt, and Le Meridien in Mauritius.
In 2008, he joined the Michelin-starred restaurant of Chef Vineet Bhatia in Geneva at the Mandarin Oriental hotel.
Since 2011, he has been serving as the Creative Chef at Zátiší Group, where he has been in this role for 13 years.
